SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

We ship fitness equipment through reputed cargo shipment agency by train/ road transport. Any Breakage during the transit/ shipping shall not be borne by Harish Stores.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. It is charged extra as per actual contractual rates as settled with the reliable cargo companies.

Note: The price of our product / service does not include GST. Therefore, in addition to the price stated herein, applicable GST shall be an additional charge and shall be payable on the quoted price by the Buyer

DELIVERY TIME

The duration of despatch of an order depends on the availability of the items for which you have placed the order. This may fall in the following categories:

Available Stock : dispatched in 2-3 days from the date of receiving of the order in our system.

Out of stock Equipment: We can suggest you to either wait for its fresh arrival, or choose an alternate item or cancel the order.

Typical delivery time is 10 to 14 days for Surface Shipping Method.

DELIVERY

Harish Stores will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, Harish Stores reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Estimated delivery time along with Order Summary will be intimated to the customer

Harish Stores shall have no liability or other obligation hereunder if its performance is delayed or prevented to any extent by any event such as, but not limited to, any act of God, strike or work stoppage, fire, flood, accident, allocation or other controls of the Government authorities, shortage of transportation, fuel, material and labor, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Harish Stores.

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails / SMS for such updates.

Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

The customer can cancel the order if the delivery time substantially exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in his account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.

You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, but before it is received, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred due to your cancellation. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund.
